Now let’s take them one step at a time.
Step One
Go to www.libertyreserve.com to open a free account if you don’t have one, follow all the instructions there and make sure you keep all your login details on a notepad or your phone so
that you won’t forget them when you need to access your account. Keep them safe and private.
Step Two
Now that your liberty reserve account is ready, it’s time to fund it. So depending on the amount of paypal account you want to verify. If you just want to verify your account, you can just fund with $1o or less.
Step Three
Go to www.virtual-cc.com to get a virtual credit card that you’ll use for the paypal verification.
Here’s how their site looks like:
The picture above is quite explanatory. As you can see they offer 3 types of credit cards. One is Vcc for Paypal verification (non-european account), this is what we are going to be using all
the time. The second option there is Vcc for paypal verification (European account), this is for those using european address for registering with paypal and we are not going to be using that. The third one there is Vcc for ebay account verification, that’s for people who want to verify their ebay accounts, that’s not what we are here for.
The first picture is where you enter the amount of credit card you want to purchase, if it’s just one paypal account you intend to verify, then simply enter one in the box, if it’s two, then enter two. However note that each card costs $7.50 and it always a non-european account which is the first option on the screen. The second marked picture is where you enter your email address, that’s exactly where they’ll send your VCC to, so you can enter your real and primary email address. Don’t worry they won’t spam you, just your VCC details, that’s all.
The third big marked box is where you choose the IP address for the country you’re registering with. As you can see I’ve selected India because that’s the country I always register with. Now
when paypal checks the IP of the VCC, it will correspond with your details. So please don’t forget that option anytime you’re ordering.
As soon as you’re done, just click on the last picture that says “proceed”. As soon as it processes, click on the Liberty Reserve checkout button on the right hand side of the page and follow the instructions to pay with your Liberty Reserve account.
Please not that there’s an option on liberty reserve that says make payment private, please don’t check that option as they’ll deduct $0.75 from your account. As soon as your payment is
successful, click on the “Return to merchant” button.
Now you’ll wait for them to process and send your vcc to the mail you used when ordering. It takes like 30mins to 1hr for them to send it. Please note that this card has to be used with your paypal account within 24hours or you it won’t work, and nobody will refund any money back to you. So please take note, don’t order if you’re not yet ready to use them. While you’re waitingach of them to get addresses and, let’s do some other things.
Step Four
Remember I told you we’re going to need a non-european address that paypal accepts to register with paypal. And I recommend India or china. Do you know anybody in India that you can make use of his/her address? Well if no, follow these steps to get yourself an Indian address and phone number.
Note there’s a free method to do this and paid one as well.
